President of India Rejects Mercy Plea of Death Row Convict Mukesh Singh - 17.01.2020

President of India, Mr Ram Nath Kovind has rejected the mercy petition of Mukesh Singh, one of the four death row convicts in the Nirbhaya gang-rape and murder case.
