AAR Kerala : Distributors Liable to Pay GST on Additional Discount Reimbursed - 17.01.2020

Authority for Advance Ruling, Kerala has ruled that the distributors are liable to pay Goods and Service Tax and are also eligible to avail Input Tax Credit on the amount received as reimbursement of the discount rebate.
