Supreme Court Stays Bombay High Court’s Order on Wadhawans’ House Arrest - 17.01.2020

Supreme Court has stayed the Bombay High Court’s Order releasing Rakesh Wadhawan and his son, Sarang accused in the Rs. 4,355 Crores in Punjab and Maharashtra Co-operative Bank Scam, releasing them from jail and putting them under house arrest to facilitate the sale of assets for recovery of dues.
