Delhi Court Grants Bail to Bhim Army Chief - 16.01.2020

Delhi Court has granted bail to Bhim Army Chief Chandra Shekhar Azad after upholding his Constitutional Right to Protest. The Court has barred his entry into the Capital for four weeks or holding any “dharnas” while the elections are on.
