Delhi Court Asks Delhi Police to Back its Claim Against Bhim Army Chief - 15.01.2020

Delhi Court has asked the Delhi Police to back its claim against the Bhim Army Chief Chandra Shekhar Azad that he indulged in violence during Anti- Citizenship Amendment Act, 2019 protests. The Court observed that the Right to Protest is a Constitutional Right.
