Karnataka HC: Service Providers are Dutybound to Provide Information Whenever Required by Police - 14.01.2020

Karnataka High Court has quashed criminal case registered against Sunil Bharti Mittal, Chairman of Bharti Airtel Limited, Gopal Vital, Managing Director, Rohit Malhothra, Chief Executive Officer and Stanley Agnelo, Nodal officer of the Company, of charges under Sections, 406, 504, 506(B) of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and under Section 72, 72A AND 66A of Information Technology Act, 2000.
