Bombay High Court Grants Bail to 25 Year Old Man Accused of Raping Minor Girl - 14.01.2020

Bombay High Court has granted bail to Anirudha Yadav, a 25-year-old man accused of raping a minor girl, in a case under Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. The Court has observed that the conduct of the victim indicated the she had left home to go with the accused by her own will and that she had 'surrendered to the physical desires of the accused out of her love and affection for him'.
