Supreme Court Allows Enforcement Directorate to Attach Assets of JP Morgan - 14.01.2020

Supreme Court has allowed the Enforcement Directorate to proceed against the firm, JP Morgan and attach its properties for taking away Rs. 140 Crore of Amrapali homebuyers’ money through alleged transactions in violation of Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 and Companies Act, 2013.
