Supreme Court Issues Notices to Transfer All Citizenship Amendment Act, 2019 Petitions - 13.01.2020

Supreme Court has issued notices to all Petitioners who have filed pleas against the Citizenship Amendment Act, 2019 in different High Courts on the plea by the Centre for a consolidated hearing of all the cases.
