ITAT Pune: TDS Benefit To Be Given for Assessment Year for Which Corresponding Income is Assessable - 10.01.2020

Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, Pune has ruled that the benefit of the tax deducted at source should be given for assessment year for which corresponding income is assessable.
