Madras HC: Recovery of Social Welfare Surcharge Cannot be Made by Debiting Amount from Scrips - 10.01.2020

Madras High Court has held that the recovery of social welfare surcharge cannot be done by making debit from the value of the scrips produced by the Petitioner while making liable the Petitioner to pay appropriate social welfare surcharge held.
