Delhi High Court: Date of Order of Appeal to Commissioner of Income Tax Considered as Relevant Date - 10.01.2020

Delhi High Court has held that the period of limitation under Section 150 of the Income Tax Act, 1961 would be considered from the date of order of appeal to Commissioner of Income Tax.
