Allahabad High Court Issues Notice to State Government on Anti CAA Violence - 09.01.2020

Allahabad High Court took cognizance of a complaint alleging that the Uttar Pradesh Government had acted in an unconstitutional manner to deal with Anti-Citizenship Amendment Act (Anti CAA) protesters. The Court has issued a notice to the State Government.
