Delhi High Court Orders Jawaharlal Nehru University to Re- Admit PhD Scholars - 09.01.2020

Delhi High Court has ordered Jawaharlal Nehru University to re- admit in its PhD program a research scholar who has made sexual harassment allegations against two of her professors. The Court has also ordered Jawaharlal Nehru University to provide her with hostel facilities in the winter session.
