CCI Permits Euro 2.75 Billion Lanxess-Saudi Aramco Joint Venture Deal - 30.12.2015

Competition Commission of India (CCI) has approved speciality chemicals company Lanxess and Saudi Aramco deal to form a joint venture for synthetic rubber valued at 2.75 billion euro.
