Delhi HC Issues Notices to CCI, CREDAI and 20 Realty Developers over Cartelisation - 30.12.2015

Delhi HC has issued notices to Competition Commission of India (CCI), Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India (CREDAI) over a petition filed against them and 20 prominent developers, challenging CCI's January order to close the case regarding allegation of cartelization.
