National Company Law Appellate Tribunal Rejects Registrar of Company’s Plea in Tata- Mistry Case - 07.01.2020

National Company Law Appellate Tribunal has dismissed the petition filed by the Registrar of Companies and refused to modify its judgement passed in the Tata-Mistry matter, stating that there was no ground to amend judgment.
