CESTAT Bangalore: No Service Tax Would be Applicable on VSAT Hire Charges and VSAT Usage Fee - 06.01.2020

Customs Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal, Bangalore has held that Very Small Aperture Terminal equipment Hire Charges and Very Small Aperture Terminal Usage Fee is not chargeable to Service Tax.
