Rajasthan High Court Issues Notice to Centre on Citzenship Act - 06.01.2020

Rajasthan High Court has asked the Centre to provide details of efforts being made to grant citizenship to minorities in neighboring countries under the Citizenship (Amendment) Act, 2019. The Centre has been given 4 weeks to reply.
