Delhi High Court Sentences Afghan National to 13 Years in Jail for Possession of 52 kgs of Heroin - 06.01.2020

Delhi High Court has found Syed Ahmed guilty under Section 21 (c) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 for possessing a commercial quantity of heroin and has upheld the Trial Court’s Order sentencing him to 13 years of rigorous imprisonment.
