NAA Holds Caroa Properties LLP Guilty of Profiteering for Project ‘Godrej City Panvel Phase-I’ - 28.12.2019

National Anti Profiteering Authority has in a case filed against Caroa Properties LLP held that the Respondent had denied the benefit of ITC to the buyers of the flats and the shops being constructed by him in his Project ‘Godrej City Panvel Phase-I’ in contravention of Section 171 (1) of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017.
