Bombay High Court Orders Sale of Gear from Talwalkars to Clear Dues Towards Tata Capital - 27.12.2019

Bombay High Court has ordered the sale of equipments from 50 gyms of Talwalkars Healthclubs to clear dues worth Rs. 36 crores towards Tata Capital. The Court said that with no workable solution in sight, the only available option was to allow the Petitioners to put these items to sale at open and accessible locations.
