SC Orders Acquittal in Murder Case on Finding that Govt Lab Outsourced DNA Test - 29.12.2015

SC has acquitted a man of killing his wife by reversing verdict of a trial court and Patna HC, as it found loopholes in enquiry when a government forensic lab chief who signed on DNA report of the woman said he had no technical knowledge of DNA matching and had outsourced test to a private lab.
