Delhi High Court Refuses Plea Against Telecoms Over Shutdown During Protests - 24.12.2019

Delhi High Court has refused to entertain a plea which alleged that telecom services were disrupted in various parts of the national capital during the anti-citizenship law protests in violation of rules. The Court refused to entertain the Public Interest Litigation after Additional Solicitor General told the Court that the disruption was only for four hours on December 19, 2019 and was no longer continuing.
