Madhya Pradesh High Court Upholds Retrospective Application of Benami Law - 24.12.2019

Madhya Pradesh High Court has refused to interfere with the Show-Cause Notices issued and upheld the retrospective application of Benami Law. The Court ruled that it cannot be said that the notices are issued without the authority of law.
