Madras High Court Dismisses Three Tamil Nadu Judges, Allows Graft Probe Against One - 23.12.2019

Madras High Court has ordered for dismissal of three judicial officers while denying the usual extension of service by two years for eight others. Moreover the Court also permitted criminal prosecution of one of the dismissed District Judges under the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.
