Bombay High Court Serves Notices to Vedanta, Cairn India to Explain Merger - 29.12.2015

Bombay High Court has issued notices to Vedanta, Cairn India -and their directors over a shareholder's petition alleging that Vedanta used complex transactions to make sure that part of money spent to take over Cairn India came from the acquired company itself.
