Supreme Court Dismisses Appeal Filed by Union Government Draging Armymen Into it - 13.08.2015

Supreme Court has dismissed an appeal filed by Union Government against an order of Delhi HC granting benefit to civilian employees in Army under Assured Career Progression (ACP) scheme and told advocate R Balasubramaniam to advise his clients not to drag "military personnel to the court".
