Nirbhaya Rape Case: Delhi High Court Rejects Convict Pawan Gupta's Plea Claiming he was Juvenile - 20.12.2019

Delhi High Court has rejected a plea from one of Nirbhaya's rapists claiming he was a juvenile when he and five others gangraped the paramedic student in December 2012. The petition had been rejected by the trial court and wasn't raised before the Supreme Court.
