Nirbhaya Case: Supreme Court Rejects Last Review Plea Against Death Penalty - 18.12.2019

Supreme Court has rejected the last pending review petition in the Nirbhaya gang rape murder case which was filed by Akshay Kumar Singh one of the four convicts awaiting execution of death sentence. The Court observed that it has given due consideration to the grounds. Petitioner has sought to avail evidence. However these grounds have been considered earlier and cannot be allowed.
