Himachal Pradesh High Court: Equity Cannot Bend Arms of Law where Individual Acquires Status by Fraud - 17.12.2019

Himachal Pradesh High Court has observed while taking a strict view against parties resorting to suppression of material facts before the Court that persons who seek equity must come with clean hands. He who comes to the Court with false claims cannot plead equity nor the Court would be justified to exercise equity jurisdiction in his favour.
