Supreme Court: No One can be Inflicted with Adverse Order without Opportunity of Hearing - 16.12.2019

Supreme Court has observed while quashing an order passed by the Uttar Pradesh Government directing its Medical and Health Department to stop purchase from Daffodils, a pharmaceutical supplier that no one can be inflicted with an adverse order without being afforded a minimum opportunity of hearing.
