Madras HC: Remarriage No Ground for Denying Custody of Child - 28.12.2015

Madras HC has ruled that merely because a woman remarries after her husband's death, she would not be disentitled to the custody of her minor child as solemnizing a second marriage, after the death of a partner, is not an `illegal or improper' act.
