J&K High Court: Creating JK Governor’s Post was Unconstitutional - 28.12.2015

Jammu & Kashmir HC has dubbed the decision of replacing sadr-e-riyasat, the erstwhile head of State of Jammu and Kashmir, by a centre appointed governor as unconstitutional and asked the state legislature to decide on the matter. Sadr-e-riyast was replaced by centre appointed governor in 1965.
