Lok Sabha Passes Bill to Ban Electronic Cigarettes - 27.11.2019

Lok Sabha has passed the Prohibition of Electronic Cigarettes (Production, Manufacture, Import, Export, Transport, Sale, Distribution, Storage and Advertisement) Bill, 2019. The Bill seeks to replace an ordinance issued on September 18. Moreover this Bill aims to ban the production, import and sale of electronic cigarettes.
