Supreme Court: Person Interested in Outcome of Dispute Must not have Power to Appoint Sole Arbitrator - 27.11.2019

Supreme Court has reiterated that a person who has an interest in the outcome or decision of the dispute must not have power to appoint a sole arbitrator.
