Tripura High Court: Courts have no Jurisdiction to Interfere with Policy Decisions - 26.11.2019

Tripura High Court has reiterated that Courts do not have the jurisdiction to interfere in policy decisions of the Government. The Court ruled that the decision of the Government was not to allow any person to run the Fair Price Shop other than the original licensee and that the Court has no authority to interfere with this decision of the Government.
