Bombay High Court Bars Daily from Using Indian Express Founder's Name - 26.11.2019

Bombay High Court in an interim order has restrained publisher Prashant Goenka and others from using the name and image of Indian Express Group founder Ramnath Goenka in his newspaper 'Sajaga Samachar Parivartan Ka'. The Court also directed the Defendants not to use Ramnath Goenka's name and image on their websites and social media platforms until further orders.
