Supreme Court Reprimands State Governments of Punjab and Haryana in Stubble Burning Case - 25.11.2019

Supreme Court has reprimanded both the State Governments of Punjab and Haryana in stubble burning case and asked as to how these incidents are taking place despite the Court orders. The Court told the Punjab and Haryana Governments that both the Governments were accusing each other and that whether it was a politically managed pollution.
