SC Grants Relief to Short Tempered Army Officer who shot Boy for Plucking Fruits from his Compound - 25.11.2019

Supreme Court has acquitted of murder charges a retired Army Officer accused of killing a boy who was plucking fruits from his defence enclave and modified the conviction to Culpable Homicide not Amounting to Murder.
