Bombay HC Junks Saibaba’s Bail Application and Issues Contempt Notice to Arundhati Roy - 24.12.2015

Bombay HC has junked bail application filed by Naxal sympathizer and Delhi University professor Gokarakonda Naga Saibaba, asked him to surrender within 48 hours at Nagpur Central Jail. The court also issued criminal contempt notice to author Arundhati Roy for her May 12 article in a magazine.
