Supreme Court Directs Centre, Fadnavis to Show Letters of BJP Staking Claim - 25.11.2019

Supreme Court has rejected an urgent demand by the Shiv Sena, Nationalist Congress Party and Congress to order the Devendra Fadnavis Government to face an immediate floor test in the Maharashtra assembly to prove its majority. However it asked to see letters of support given to the Maharashtra Governor that formed the basis for his conclusion that Fadnavis enjoyed the support of the majority and could provide a stable government in the State
