Karnataka HC Allows Woman to Terminate 31 Week Pregnancy Due to Multiple Abnormalities in Foetus - 22.11.2019

Karnataka High Court has permitted a 24 year old woman to terminate her 31 week pregnancy after it was found that the foetus had multiple abnormalities. The Court while allowing the petition ruled that the Petitioner is permitted to terminate the pregnancy in the hospital of her choice under the medical care and supervision by a senior doctor.
