Delhi HC Grants Relief to LL.M Aspirant who could not Produce LL.B. Degree at Time of Orientation - 22.11.2019

Delhi High Court has ruled that unless the information bulletin or prospectus makes it crystal clear that the result of the supplementary exam would not relate to the main exam, the benefit has to be given to the candidate. The Court therefore directed the National Law University, New Delhi to provide admission to the candidate and also help him in catching up with the rest of the class by providing him extra classes.
