Madras High Court: Victim and Interested Persons have Right to File Protest Petition - 21.11.2019

Madras High Court has ruled that a Petitioner being a victim is mandatorily entitled to notice before acceptance of final report to the Police and in case such a notice is not served he has a right to file protest petition.
