Madras HC:Plea to Declare Acquittal Judgment of Lower Court as "Honourable Acquittal"not Maintainable - 20.11.2019

Madras High Court has ruled that a Revision or a Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking declaration to declare that an acquittal judgment of a lower court as "Honourable Acquittal" is not maintainable.
