DCW Counsellor Death Case: Delhi High Court Refuses Bail to Father-In-Law - 20.11.2019

Delhi High Court has refused bail to the father-in-law of the deceased i.e the Delhi Commission of Women rape counsellor who was found hanging at her matrimonial house within five months of marriage. The Court took note of the fresh injuries found on her person and WhatsApp messages wherein she had spoken of harassment at her matrimonial house.
