Delhi High Court: Marriage not ‘Good Enough’ to Quash Rape FIR - 20.11.2019

Delhi High Court has observed that marriage between a rapist and a survivor is not enough to quash a “heinous” offence like rape. The Court noted the same while asking the husband to face trial for rape charges leveled by his wife prior to the union.
