Melavalavu Massacre: Madras High Court Directs State Govt to Produce GOs on Release of Convicts - 19.11.2019

Madras High Court has directed the State Government to produce before it copies of Government Orders pertaining to their release thereby expressing displeasure over the release of 13 convicts in the Melavalavu massacre.
