Delhi HC: Treat as Repr PIL for Coordination Between Primary Health Centre and Mohalla Clinics - 19.11.2019

Delhi High Court has directed the Centre and the AAP Government to treat as a representation a Public Interest Litigation seeking coordination of primary health centres and mohalla clinics in the national capital. The Court asked the Health Ministry and Delhi Government's health department to treat the matter as a representation and take a decision in accordance with law, rules and regulations.
